A complete program designed for you. Combining expert coaching,
progress tracking, and guidance towards your goals.

12 weeks of personal training

Your program begins with a free initial consultation where we chat about your fitness history, lifestyle, and goals. From there, you’ll be paired with your own dedicated women’s health coach who will create a personalised plan built entirely around you.

Across 12 weeks, you’ll complete 24 private training sessions (two per week). Each session builds on the last, focusing on safely improving strength and building confidence in your body. Your coach will keep you accountable, celebrate your wins, and adapt your training as you go.

Science-backed body scans

Before you begin, we’ll take a look at how your body moves and functions through a Functional Movement Assessment. This helps your coach understand your movement strengths and limitations, so your program is designed to help you train safely and confidently.

You’ll also have Evolt Body Scans, which gives a clear picture of your muscle balance, body composition, and overall wellness. Together, these tools create a data-driven foundation for your personalised plan, guiding your training and nutrition, and progress tracking every step of the way.

Let's answer any questions you have.

Beginner friendly & safety

Will I feel out of place if I’ve never lifted weights before?

Absolutely not! Many members start as complete beginners, and that's a great advantage! You don't have any bad habits to unlearn. We’ll teach you proper form and technique from day one for better results and zero injuries.

Your trainer will meet you exactly where you are, starting with body weight movements and light weights before adding any challenge. There’s no pressure and no judgment. Our trainers are experts in women's bodies and tailor every program to your starting point, so you can build strength and confidence safely. Whether you're 35 and new to the gym, or 45 and coming back after years away from exercise, we've got you covered!

Is it safe if I’ve had past injuries or pain (back, knees, shoulders)?

Yes, this is one of our specialities! Many clients come to us with past injuries or ongoing pain that other trainers didn’t know how to work around. Our trainers understand how women’s bodies move and how injuries affect movement patterns. We don’t just avoid the problem area, we teach you how to move safely and support healing.

Every client starts with a movement assessment to identify limitations or imbalances. Your program is then designed to work with your body, not against it. We’ve helped women with back pain, hip or knee surgeries, shoulder issues, pelvic floor concerns, and abdominal separation. Proper progression and modifications keep you safe while building strength. We always recommend clearance from your healthcare provider before starting a new program.

I’ve had kids - will my program be safe and effective for my pelvic floor and core?

Absolutely! This is exactly why we exist. Most trainers don’t understand how pregnancy and childbirth change a woman's body, but our trainers are educated in post natal exercise and pelvic floor function.

Whether your kids are 6 months or 16 years, your body has been through changes that affect how you should train. We understand how your core and pelvic floor work together, why traditional core exercises can make things worse, how to rebuild deep core strength, and when to progress safely. You’ll also learn proper breathing techniques to protect your core while getting stronger.

Many mums come to us with leaking, lower back pain, diastasis recti (abdominal separation), or general weakness. With the right training and guidance, these issues can improve significantly, helping you feel strong, confident, and in control of your body again.

I already have experience in the gym.  Will the program still challenge me?

Definitely! Every program is personalised to your level and goals. Your coach will continually adjust your training to progressively challenge you with heavier lifts, new techniques, and focused intensity to keep you improving week after week. You’ll refine your form, lift heavier, and learn advanced techniques designed to take your results to the next level.

Results and benefits

Will strength training help me lose fat, tone up, or achieve the body I want?

It's one of the most effective ways to change your body composition. It helps build lean muscle, boost your metabolism, and reduce body fat, all while improving your body shape and creating that strong, toned look most women want.

But we do things differently. We focus on what your body can DO, not just how it looks. This way, physical changes happen naturally, and you actually enjoy the process.

Our clients often achieve their body goals, but also discover new ones! Like being proud of deadlifting their bodyweight, doing their first pull-up, or simply feeling confident and capable in their own skin. We're here to support your goals, whatever they are.

Will it improve energy, metabolism and bone health?

Yes! These are some of the biggest benefits of strength training, especially for women over 30:

  • More energy! As you build muscle and fitness, daily activities feel easier, sleep improves, and stress hormones balance. Leaving you more energised and clear-headed.
  • Improved metabolism. Building lean muscle boosts your metabolism and helps maintain a healthy weight long-term. Muscle burns more energy at rest than fat, keeping your body active and efficient even after your workout.
  • Stronger bone health. Lifting weights strengthens your bones by increasing bone density. This is crucial for women, who are at higher risk of osteoporosis after menopause. Strength training helps protect and maintain long-term bone health.

Our trainers also understand how hormones influence these areas, tailoring your training to support balance and long-term vitality. Many members say they feel stronger, more energised, and healthier than they have in years.

I’ve heard I should strength train, but I’m worried I won’t lose weight if I don’t focus on cardio?

This is one of the biggest firstness industry myths! Strength training is actually more effective for long-term weight management than cardio alone.

  • Cardio burns calories during the workout, then stops. Strength training keeps burning calories for up to 48 hours after, and every bit of muscle you build continues burning calories 24/7.
  • Too much cardio works against you. Without strength training, cardio alone can lead to muscle loss and slowing your metabolism.
  • Strength training builds body composition. It helps you lose fat while building lean muscle, creating that strong, toned look most women want. Plus, you’ll feel stronger for everyday life.

Many of our members say they’ve seen better results, more energy, and improved body shape once they swapped endless cardio for structured strength training. We’re not anti-cardio - you can still enjoy cardio if you love it, but strength training should be your foundation for long-term results.

Will strength training make me look bulky or masculine?

Absolutely not! This is one of the most damaging fitness industry myths perpetuated about women’s bodies.

The truth is: women have 15-20 times less testosterone than men, which is the key hormone behind large muscle growth. This makes it nearly impossible for women to “bulk up” from lifting weights. Incredibly muscular women you might see online have usually trained intensively for years with specific strict diets and genetic/hormonal advantages. That's not what happens from regular strength training.

Strength training helps you build lean and defined muscle, improves posture and body shape, and boosts confidence and metabolism. Most women experience their body becoming leaner, stronger, and more shapely. Our members often say they love feeling stronger and confident lifting weights, and wished they started sooner! You'll be amazed at how feminine and powerful strength makes you feel.

Program & commitment

How many sessions per week do I need to see results?

For most of our members, 2-3 sessions per week is the sweet spot. This builds strength and lean muscle while giving your body time to recover, which is when progress happens.

  • 2 sessions: You’ll definitely notice improvements in strength, energy, and how you feel. Perfect if you're just starting out or have a busy schedule.
  • 3 sessions: This is optimal for most women and you’ll see faster progress in strength, body composition, and confidence.

More isn't always better. Your muscles grow stronger during recovery, not during the workout itself. The key is consistency and quality over quantity. Your trainer will help you find the right frequency for your goals and schedule.

Can I realistically fit this around work, kids, and life?

Absolutely! Our programs are designed for real women with busy lives. Just 2-3 sessions per week, 60 minutes each, is enough to completely transform how you feel in your body.

We work around your life! Flexible scheduling means you can train mornings, lunch breaks, or evenings. Every minute of your session is purposeful and built for you, so you get results without wasted time.

Many members say they have more energy, sleep better, feel stronger, and more confident. It’s a small weekly investment that improves every part of your life. When you're stronger and fitter, everything else becomes easier. You deserve to prioritise yourself for just 2-3 hours a week.

Do I need to sign up long-term? What if I can’t keep up in a session?

No long-term contracts required! We want you here because you enjoy training, not because you’re locked in. Our programs are flexible because life happens.

You'll never struggle to "keep up", because there's no one to keep up with.
Every session is 1-on-1 personal training and designed just for you. Your trainer adjusts exercises in real time based on how you’re feeling, whether that's tired, sore, stressed, or running on little sleep. You set the pace, and we meet you where you are. It’s about progress, not perfection.

Are the trainers compassionate, or will they push me too hard?

Compassion is one of our core values. Our trainers aren’t drill sergeants, they’re here to help you feel stronger and confident. You’ll leave each session feeling challenged and accomplished, never exhausted or intimidated.

We understand women’s bodies and lives. Our trainers constantly check in with you during sessions. Your energy, stress, and recovery needs are considered without judgement, and we adjust exercises in real time. Sustainable progress always comes first.

Many members expect personal training to be intimidating, but quickly find supportive coaches who genuinely care about their wellbeing and goals. You'll be challenged safely and supported every step of the way.
